The courses and the Wet labs have limited space, advance registration is therefore recommended. The Wet labs and the two day EUPO Course are available at additional costs.

** Young Eastern European participants who are under the age of 40 and have submitted an abstract pay a reduced fee if they register and pay before 5 March 2013. A copy of ID must be submitted with registration. Please forward this by email to soe2013.registration@congrex.com. If the abstract is not accepted, the registration fee is refundable.
The following countries are considered Eastern European: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, F.Y.R. Macedonia, Moldavia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

*** Wet lab registration is only accepted in conjunction with a registration to the SOE 2013 Congress. The Wet lab courses are currently fully booked, please see notice board onsite for information on availability.

The registration fee for the EUPO Course includes    Admission to the courses on 7-8 June EUPO Course evening 7 June Lunch 7 June Syllabus book Certification Group Registrations  Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 persons or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for pre pickup of the Congress material can be made for preregistered groups. Confirmation of registration

Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Registration for activities that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if booked. Please note that registration for Wet labs will be confirmed upon payment on a first-come first-served basis, and numbers are restricted.


Changes to and cancellation of registrations

Notification of changes and cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex soe2013.registration@congrex.com

Should you be unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Changes will be subject to an administrative fee of 75 EUR.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 3 May 2013, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 75 EUR. For cancellations made after 3 May 2013 we regret that no refunds can be made.
